- 3/4 cup (85g) Shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon (10g) Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup (80ml) for dipping Tomato marinara or pizza sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Italian oregano or basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Olive oil or butter for pan
Cooking Instructions(tap to mark complete)
- Lightly brush one side of a tortilla with olive oil and place it oil-side-down in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scatter the mozzarella cheese and parmesan evenly across the tortilla. Sprinkle with a pinch of Italian herbs.
- Top with the second tortilla (lightly brushed with oil on top).
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden and crispy, then carefully flip and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and completely melted.
- Slide onto a cutting board and allow to cool for 2 minutes so the cheese sets.
- Slice into 4 or 8 triangular dunker spears. Pack into a lunch container with a separate dipping cup of marinara!

Dukey's Kitchen Clue
"Preheat a small insulated thermos with boiling water for 5 minutes, dump the water out, and pour in warm marinara sauce. The dip stays piping hot until school lunchtime!"
