- 1/4 lb Chicken livers
- 1/4 lb Boneless, skinless chicken thigh
- 1/2 cup Water or unsalted chicken broth
Baking Instructions(tap to mark complete)
- In a small saucepan, bring the water or broth to a gentle simmer.
- Add the chicken thigh and livers to the saucepan. Cover and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Remove the meat from the broth, but reserve the cooking liquid.
- Place the cooked meat into a food processor. Pulse to chop.
- Gradually add the reserved cooking liquid while blending until a smooth pate consistency is reached. Serve a small dollop cooled.
